Riviera, Pretoria
Riviera move-out cleaning
Riviera is a compact suburb near the city centre with a mix of older homes, apartment buildings and diplomatic residences. Move-out cleaning is done to the standard a landlord or agent inspects against, because that inspection decides how much of your deposit comes back.
Working in Riviera
Our teams reach Riviera using Soutpansberg Road, Stanza Bopape Street and Eastwood Street, which keeps travel time short and makes early morning starts practical. Most jobs are within a few minutes of Union Buildings nearby and Riviera apartment precinct.
Apartment blocks, older homes on smaller stands and a number of guesthouses and offices. We adjust the move-out cleaning method to suit those properties.
Business clients around Small office conversions usually book outside trading hours so their premises are ready before staff and customers arrive.

How we price our work →Move-out cleaning in Riviera: FAQs
- Do you offer move-out cleaning throughout Riviera?
- Yes. Riviera is part of our regular service area, reached via Soutpansberg Road, Stanza Bopape Street and Eastwood Street. Give us the street name when you book so we can allocate the nearest team.
- How much does move-out cleaning cost in Riviera?
- Quoted per property based on size and condition. We give you a written quote before any work starts, so there is no guessing and no charge for the quote itself.
- How soon can you come out to Riviera?
- Bookings made a few days ahead are easiest to place. Urgent requests are often possible, especially in Riviera where we already work regularly — phone 067 841 0254 to check availability.
- Will this guarantee my deposit back?
- No cleaner can guarantee that, because deposits also cover damage and arrears. What we can do is clean to the standard normally required at exit inspection.
- Do you clean carpets for move-out?
- Yes, but carpet extraction is quoted separately as it needs different equipment and drying time.
