- How long does a standard house clean take?
- A three bedroom home usually takes two cleaners about three to four hours. Larger homes or homes that have not been cleaned in a while take longer.
- Will I get the same cleaner every time?
- That is the goal. When your regular cleaner is ill or on leave we send a replacement and brief them on your task list first.
- How often should a home be deep cleaned?
- Twice a year suits most homes. Homes with pets, small children or heavy dust exposure often do it quarterly.
- Can I book a once-off clean for tomorrow?
- Often yes, depending on team availability in your area. Same day requests are handled by phone rather than the form.
- Can I pause my schedule over December?
- Yes. Give us notice and we hold your slot where possible.
- Do you clean during or after office hours?
- Either. Most clients choose after hours or early mornings so work is not disrupted.
- Do you sign service level agreements?
- Yes. Contracts set out tasks, frequency, response times and how issues are escalated.
- Will this guarantee my deposit back?
- No cleaner can guarantee that, because deposits also cover damage and arrears. What we can do is clean to the standard normally required at exit inspection.
- How long do carpets take to dry?
- Usually four to eight hours with windows open and air moving. Humid or cold days take longer.
- Can you clean leather furniture?
- We clean and condition leather, but that is a different process from fabric extraction and is quoted separately.
- How high can you clean?
- We work safely from ladders and poles for standard double-storey homes and low-rise buildings. High-rise work needs a specialist rope-access contractor.
- Will pressure washing damage my paving?
- Not at the right setting. Sand joints between block paving may need topping up afterwards, which we mention before starting.
- How quickly can you get here?
- It depends on team availability and where you are. Phone us so we can give you a real arrival window rather than a guess.
