Riviera, Pretoria
Carpet Cleaning for Riviera properties
Carpet cleaning uses hot water extraction to pull out the soil that vacuuming leaves behind in the base of the pile. In Riviera we work across apartment blocks, older homes on smaller stands and a number of guesthouses and offices.
Working in Riviera
Because Riviera sits in our core service area, we can schedule carpet cleaning without a long-distance call-out fee. Main access routes are Soutpansberg Road, Stanza Bopape Street and Eastwood Street.
The building stock in Riviera matters. Apartment blocks, older homes on smaller stands and a number of guesthouses and offices. We size the team to the property rather than sending a fixed crew.
Many Riviera jobs are inside gated developments such as Riviera apartment blocks. We send names, ID numbers and vehicle details ahead of time so security can pre-authorise the team.
How carpet cleaning works
The carpet is vacuumed dry first, pre-treated on stains and traffic lanes, then extracted with hot water and suction. Removing as much moisture as possible during extraction is what keeps drying times short and prevents odour.

- Quoted per room or per square metre. We give you a written quote before any work starts, so there is no guessing and no charge for the quote itself.

- Bookings made a few days ahead are easiest to place. Urgent requests are often possible, especially in Riviera where we already work regularly — phone 067 841 0254 to check availability.
