Annlin window cleaning
Window cleaning covers the glass, the frame and the track, because clean glass in a dirty frame still looks neglected. Annlin clients book this most often when a property needs attention that everyday tidying cannot cover.
Working in Annlin
Annlin is served regularly, so a team is usually already working nearby. Access is via Braam Pretorius Street, Sefako Makgatho Drive and Dr Swanepoel Road. We work throughout the area around Kolonnade Retail Park nearby and Annlin community facilities.
A large share of double-storey townhouses in gated complexes, plus family homes on standard suburban stands. That shapes how we quote window cleaning here: the work is priced on what is actually in front of us, not a generic per-hour figure.
Access, parking and key handling are agreed in writing before the first visit so nobody is waiting at a gate.
How window cleaning works
Glass is washed with a squeegee and a soap solution rather than sprayed and wiped, which is what removes film instead of moving it around. Tracks are vacuumed out before washing so grit does not scratch the glass.
