Arcadia, Pretoria
School Cleaning for Arcadia properties
Schools concentrate a lot of people into a small space, so cleaning is as much about hygiene as appearance. Arcadia clients book this most often when a property needs attention that everyday tidying cannot cover.
Working in Arcadia
Arcadia is served regularly, so a team is usually already working nearby. Access is via Stanza Bopape Street, Francis Baard Street and Steve Biko Road. We work throughout the area around Union Buildings and Pretoria Art Museum.
High-density apartment blocks, embassy and office premises, guesthouses and hotels. That shapes how we quote school cleaning here: the work is priced on what is actually in front of us, not a generic per-hour figure.
Access, parking and key handling are agreed in writing before the first visit so nobody is waiting at a gate.
