The building stock in Akasia matters. A wide range from affordable townhouse complexes to family homes, with substantial retail and light industrial activity. We size the team to the property rather than sending a fixed crew.
Many Akasia jobs are inside gated developments such as Karenpark complexes. We send names, ID numbers and vehicle details ahead of time so security can pre-authorise the team.
