Arcadia, Pretoria
Arcadia pressure cleaning
Pressure cleaning strips the black and green build-up off paving, walls, driveways and paths that no amount of sweeping will shift. In Arcadia we work across high-density apartment blocks, embassy and office premises, guesthouses and hotels.
Working in Arcadia
Because Arcadia sits in our core service area, we can schedule pressure cleaning without a long-distance call-out fee. Main access routes are Stanza Bopape Street, Francis Baard Street and Steve Biko Road.
The building stock in Arcadia matters. High-density apartment blocks, embassy and office premises, guesthouses and hotels. We size the team to the property rather than sending a fixed crew.
Many Arcadia jobs are inside gated developments such as Apartment blocks. We send names, ID numbers and vehicle details ahead of time so security can pre-authorise the team.
How pressure cleaning works
Pressure is matched to the surface. Face brick and old plaster are washed at lower pressure with a wider fan to avoid damage, while concrete and paving take a stronger setting and a surface cleaner attachment for even results.

Pressure cleaning in Arcadia: FAQs
- Do you offer pressure cleaning throughout Arcadia?
- Yes. Arcadia is part of our regular service area, reached via Stanza Bopape Street, Francis Baard Street and Steve Biko Road. Give us the street name when you book so we can allocate the nearest team.
- How much does pressure cleaning cost in Arcadia?
- Quoted per square metre with a minimum call-out. We give you a written quote before any work starts, so there is no guessing and no charge for the quote itself.
- How soon can you come out to Arcadia?
- Bookings made a few days ahead are easiest to place. Urgent requests are often possible, especially in Arcadia where we already work regularly — phone 067 841 0254 to check availability.
- Will pressure washing damage my paving?
- Not at the right setting. Sand joints between block paving may need topping up afterwards, which we mention before starting.
- Can you remove oil stains from a driveway?
- Fresh oil usually lifts with a degreaser pre-treatment. Old, deeply soaked stains often lighten rather than disappear completely.
