Patio Cleaning for Florauna properties
A patio is an outdoor room, and it gets used far more when it is clean enough to put a chair and a plate on. Florauna clients book this most often when a property needs attention that everyday tidying cannot cover.
Working in Florauna
Florauna is served regularly, so a team is usually already working nearby. Access is via Rachel de Beer Street and Brits Road (R511). We work throughout the area around Florauna local shops and Wonderpark nearby.
Freestanding houses with gardens and outbuildings, plus a few small complexes. That shapes how we quote patio cleaning here: the work is priced on what is actually in front of us, not a generic per-hour figure.
Access, parking and key handling are agreed in writing before the first visit so nobody is waiting at a gate.
How patio cleaning works
Patio work usually combines pressure washing of the floor with hand cleaning of the braai area, walls and any built-in seating, because pressure alone would damage paint and soot-stained plaster.
