Arcadia, Pretoria
Arcadia move-in cleaning
Arcadia is the inner-east suburb around the Union Buildings, dense with apartments, embassies, offices and hotels. Move-in cleaning happens in the gap between the previous occupant leaving and your furniture arriving, which is the only time the whole property is empty and accessible.
Working in Arcadia
Our teams reach Arcadia using Stanza Bopape Street, Francis Baard Street and Steve Biko Road, which keeps travel time short and makes early morning starts practical. Most jobs are within a few minutes of Union Buildings and Pretoria Art Museum.
High-density apartment blocks, embassy and office premises, guesthouses and hotels. We adjust the move-in cleaning method to suit those properties.
Business clients around Embassy and office district usually book outside trading hours so their premises are ready before staff and customers arrive.
