Annlin move-in cleaning
Move-in cleaning happens in the gap between the previous occupant leaving and your furniture arriving, which is the only time the whole property is empty and accessible. In Annlin we work across a large share of double-storey townhouses in gated complexes, plus family homes on standard suburban stands.
Working in Annlin
Because Annlin sits in our core service area, we can schedule move-in cleaning without a long-distance call-out fee. Main access routes are Braam Pretorius Street, Sefako Makgatho Drive and Dr Swanepoel Road.
The building stock in Annlin matters. A large share of double-storey townhouses in gated complexes, plus family homes on standard suburban stands. We size the team to the property rather than sending a fixed crew.
Many Annlin jobs are inside gated developments such as Annlin townhouse complexes. We send names, ID numbers and vehicle details ahead of time so security can pre-authorise the team.
